Things I've been doing lately

I've been very busy lately so I have not had a lot of time to do an update. here is an update of what I've been up to:

• Jamberoo action park - My favourite water slide was the Funnel Web because it was so scary. 
• Umina beach holiday park - it rained so much we had to sleep in a cabin because our tents were flooded.
• Shoalhavean heads holiday park
• Canberra - we went to Questacon and they had a new exhibition there called measure island because it is all about measuring things.
• Kosciuszko and Melbourne - We were camping in different locations for about 3 weeks.

And places I will go, We are hoping to go to the U.K. soon and while we're there here is a list of where we're going to go:

• Legoland
• The Roman Baths
• Old castles
• Kew Gardens
• The museums in London 

After I've been to the U.K. I shall have another update about where I went.

Minecraft

I have recently brought and installed Minecraft, which is an online game about building and surviving in your newly created world. I've got some Minecraft books which help me learn to do things in the game.

I've been playing it for about a month and once, I dug a hole, put a torch on one side jumped in and placed a trapdoor on top.
When you are playing just try to survive! What you have to do is survive by making things from the world you are in. You can make tools like a wooden pickaxe and you kill things to get food. Be aware of monsters in the night! If you have made enough torches (1 block of coal and 1 stick = 4 torches) that would stop them spawning in your shelter.
I'm still learning, but next time I'll make a huge cave shelter and then put a door on the front.

My presents

A few days ago, I had lots of presents for new year.
Some of the things I got were a fishing rod, two Lego sets, two minecraft books and lots of other books. As well as that, we got a trampoline! My favourite present was my fishing rod. I'll show you some of the presents.

My veggie garden

Today i'm going to tell you about my veggie garden. I'm growing basil, tomatoes, wheat, peppers, garlic and strawberries. Luckily, my dad has an irrigation system. That means I don't have to water them! Sometimes I go out and pick the weeds out of the garden bed. After I've done that, I pick the flowers off the basil or it won't make enough leaves. I'm looking forward to my wheat once it's grown, then I'm going to make a mini bread roll! Here are some pics from today of my plants.
